Using Questy

One adult creates the family’s account and is responsible for every child profile added under it. Questy is for household use between a family and the children in it, not for impersonating someone else or for anything unlawful.

Stars aren’t money

A star is a number the app moves when a chore is approved or a reward is claimed. It has no cash value, cannot be bought, sold, exchanged or transferred outside the app, and carries no guarantee beyond what the family that set the reward promised.

Your family’s data

Covered in full on the Privacy page: what we collect, why and how to delete it. In short: delete an account any time from Settings, and everything is erased within 7 days.

No warranty

Questy is provided as it is. We work to keep it running and your family’s stars accurate, but we don’t promise the app will be uninterrupted or error free, and we aren’t liable for the ordinary risks of a chore chart moving to an app instead of a fridge door.

Ending an account

You can leave any time by deleting your account. We can suspend or end access to an account used to abuse the service or others, without it changing the deletion terms above.

Changes to these terms

If these terms change, this page changes with them and the date at the top moves.
